These Yogurt Flatbreads use Brown’s Greek Yogurt for extra softness and a slight tang, while Brown’s Cheddar Cheese adds a rich, savory depth. They’re perfect for scooping up dips, wrapping around grilled meats, or simply enjoying warm with garlic butter. No yeast, no waiting—just quick, tasty flatbreads made in minutes!

Ingredients

For the Flatbreads

  • 5 cups (320g) all-purpose flour

  • 3 cups (380g) Brown’s Greek Yogurt

  • 4.5 tsp (10g) baking powder

  • 2 tsp (5g) salt

  • 1 cup (50g) Brown’s Cheddar Cheese, grated


For Brushing the Tops

  • 6 tbsp (45g) butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • ½ tsp (1g) salt

Preparation

Make the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and Brown’s Cheddar Cheese.

  2. Add Brown’s Greek Yogurt and mix until combined. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.

  3. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.


Cook the Flatbreads

  1. Heat a dry pan over medium-high heat until hot (no need for oil or butter).

  2. On a floured surface, roll each dough ball into a ¼-inch (6mm) thick circle.

  3. Place in the hot pan and cook for about 1 minute, until bubbles appear and brown spots form underneath.

  4. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown with darker spots.

  5. Repeat for all flatbreads.


Prepare the Butter-Parsley Topping

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic, parsley, and salt, and cook for 1 minute.

  2. Brush the warm flatbreads with the butter mixture and serve!
