Ingredients
4 cups mixed greens
2 ripe pears, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
¼ cup toasted walnuts
⅓ cup Brown’s Blue Cheese, crumbled (creamy, tangy, and full of flavor!)
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Caramelize the Pears: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add honey, then pear slices. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and tender.
Assemble the Salad: Toss mixed greens in a bowl. Top with caramelized pears, Brown’s Blue Cheese, and toasted walnuts.
Finish & Serve: Drizzle with balsamic glaze, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
