Health Benefit
Brown’s Camembert Cheese is cave-aged for a rich, creamy flavor, offering a good source of calcium and healthy fats. Paired with whole-grain crackers, this dish provides a balanced mix of protein and carbohydrates, making it a satisfying yet indulgent snack.
Tip
For extra crunch, double-coat the cheese by dipping it in egg and crumbs a second time before baking.
No Jatz crackers? Use panko breadcrumbs or any crunchy crackers you have on hand!
