The nutritional info about our nourishing cheddar bites

Get excited about our cheddar bites, bursting with nutrition for your little one! We passionately believe that snacks can be both delicious and nourishing. By starting with REAL food ingredients and dedicating time to careful processing, we aim to pack as much nutrition as possible into every delightful bite!

We kick things off with a generous amount of REAL CHEESE! While most cheesy snacks settle for cheese powder, which may be cheap but is just "empty calories," we say if they're cheddar snacks, they should be packed with real cheddar cheese, right? Cheddar is bursting with protein, fat, and calcium, perfect for your little one!

HEALTHY FATS:

Next, we use ONLY cold-pressed oils and REAL BUTTER! This not only gives our snacks an amazing texture but also ensures your family is enjoying non-hydrolyzed oils that are easier to digest. We choose Avocado oil because it's rich in monounsaturated fats, which help lower bad cholesterol and support heart health. It’s packed with vitamin E, potassium, and other antioxidants that promote healthy skin and overall wellness.

DIVERSE FLOURS:

We use a blend of grains in the bites to maximize all the nutrition and fibre we can. Just using white flour as most snacks are made of offers "empty carbs". we like our carbs with clothes on so they are slow to digest and keeps your kid without any nasty sugar spikes. Amaranth – Rich in protein, fiber, and essential micronutrients like magnesium and iron.

  • Red Sorghum Flour – Gluten-free and packed with antioxidants, fiber, and B vitamins.

  • Fresh Stoneground Whole meal flour - offers fibre and an arrange of vitamins and minerals not found in overprocessed white bleached flour.

  • Red Lentil – High in protein and fiber, supports heart health and stabilizes blood sugar levels.


WHY CHOOSE RESISTANT STARCHES? We use Green Banana Flour, a fantastic source of resistant starch that supports gut health and aids digestion. It also keeps your little ones feeling full and energized until dinner time!


WHY NATURAL COLORS? We believe in keeping artificial colors out of your child's diet, which is why we use foods as natural color sources. These not only make meals vibrant but also pack in extra nutritional benefits!

  • Carrots – Bursting with beta-carotene, they support eye health and boost immunity.

  • Onion & Garlic – Rich in compounds that enhance immunity and reduce inflammation.

  • Turmeric Powder – Known for its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
