Join us to craft pasta together! Learn to make a variety of hand-crafted pastas from scratch using ancient grain flours milled in our stone-ground mill. Discover the health benefits of nutrient-dense ingredients, master cheese pairings for each pasta type, and visit the mill to witness where the magic begins. Enjoy Italian inspired bitings and a glass of wine in our garden at the end.
