Service Description
Set in our beautiful classroom nested on our Living Food Campus you will make new friends learning the art of sourdough pizza. You will learn a Neapolitan style as well as thin crust. you will learn about dough hydration and modifying for your home oven. In addition to the workshop, you'll get: - Coffee and tea on arrival - Pizza sauce to take home - Recipes to try out again at home and spread the sourdough love! - The opportunity to join our Food Beyond the Plate movement PRICING - 3500/- for workshop + home-brewed refreshments - 7000/- for workshop + pizza and homemade pasta tasting and wine and cocktail. - You are also welcome to have company join you for lunch after the workshop for the pizza and sundowner tasting for 2500/- each
