There are few things better than warm home-made sourdough bread. Our Sourdough Level II class is the next step for enthusiastic novice bakers who want to try making their own sourdough. This class will be taught at our living food lab situated in our organic garden, at the Brown's Food Campus in Tigoni. In addition to the class, you'll get: - Coffee and tea on arrival - 3-course organic lunch with wine - Goodies to take home - Recipes
