Service Description
Learn how wholesome real food connects to a healthy gut and healthy mind. We will start the morning with a talk about mindful eating and how through the kitchen and connection to food we can improve our relationship around food. We will gather herbs and vegetables to use in the kitchen to prepare some lunch dishes. 1. Understand the concept and benefits of mindful eating. 2. Learn techniques to practice mindful eating in everyday life. 3. Develop awareness of hunger and fullness cues. 4. Explore the emotional and psychological factors influencing eating habits. In addition to the workshop, you'll get: - Herbal Tea or coffee on arrival - Goodies to take home - Recipes to try out again at home and spread the fermentation love! - The opportunity to join our Food Beyond the Plate movement PRICING - 3500/- for workshop + morning refreshments. - 7000/- for workshop + home-brewed refreshments followed by a thought-provoking, nutritionally abundant 3 course lunch served fresh from our shamba and kitchen! (incl wine) - You are also welcome to have company join you for lunch after the workshop; please just let us know this at the time of booking (costed at 4000/- per additional person)
