Service Description
Cooking with Intuition is a hands-on, sensory-led workshop that invites you to let go of rigid recipes and reconnect with your inner wisdom in the kitchen. Together, we’ll explore how to feel our way through flavour, texture, and rhythm - tuning into the body, the season, and what ingredients are asking to be brought to life. By learning to cook with instinct and presence, we engage the gut-brain connection - supporting digestive health, calming the nervous system, and fostering a deeper sense of trust in our own bodies. This approach not only nourishes us physically, but also cultivates creativity, mindfulness, and a more joyful, connected way of living and eating. We'll practically explore this theoretically and somatically then craft some delicious recipes together that you can repeat at home. In addition to the workshop, you'll enjoy: - Herbal Tea or coffee on arrival - Goodies to take home - Recipes to PRICING - 3500/- for workshop + morning refreshments. - 7000/- for workshop + home-brewed refreshments followed by a thought-provoking, nutritionally abundant 3 course lunch served fresh from our shamba and kitchen! (incl wine) - You are also welcome to have company join you for lunch after the workshop; please just let us know this at the time of booking (costed at 4000/- per additional person)
